Terugbetaling

1. Wat je hier betaalt
Vandaag verkopen we niets op broodspelen.be. Je account en je stempelkaart zijn gratis. Wat je eet en drinkt, betaal je aan de toog bij Fitchen Vlaanderenstraat, in euro.
2. Stempels en volle kaarten
Stempels en volle kaarten hebben geen geldwaarde. Ze worden niet terugbetaald en niet omgeruild voor geld. De volledige regels staan in de voorwaarden.
3. Iets mis met je bestelling in de zaak
Zeg het meteen aan de toog, of mail ons op info@fitchen.be. We bekijken het samen met jou.
4. Als we hier later iets verkopen
Verkopen we later iets op deze site, dan staan de prijs en de voorwaarden erbij voor je betaalt. Koop je als consument iets op afstand, dan heb je 14 dagen om de aankoop te herroepen, met de uitzonderingen die de wet opsomt, zoals eten en drinken dat snel bederft. We betalen dan terug binnen 14 dagen nadat je ons de herroeping meldt, met hetzelfde betaalmiddel.

Refunds

1. What you pay here
Today we sell nothing on broodspelen.be. Your account and your stamp card are free. What you eat and drink, you pay at the counter of Fitchen Vlaanderenstraat, in euro.
2. Stamps and full cards
Stamps and full cards have no cash value. They are not refunded and not exchanged for money. The full rules are in the terms.
3. Something wrong with your order in the shop
Tell the counter right away, or mail us at info@fitchen.be. We look at it together with you.
4. If we sell something here later
If we later sell something on this site, the price and the terms stand next to it before you pay. If you buy something at a distance as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, with the exceptions the law lists, such as food and drink that spoils quickly. We then refund within 14 days after you tell us you withdraw, by the same means of payment.
