1. Wie verantwoordelijk is
FITCHEN VLAANDERENSTRAAT BV, Vlaanderenstraat 129, 9000 Gent, België (BE 0707.748.721) is de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke. Contact: info@fitchen.be.
2. Wat we bewaren
- Je account: je e-mailadres, je naam of voornaam, en of je met Google of met e-mail aanmeldt.
- Je stempelkaart: elke stempel en elke verzilvering, met het tijdstip, de zaak en de prijsklasse.
- Je taalkeuze, in je eigen browser.
- Technische logboeken zonder je naam of e-mailadres, om de dienst te laten werken.
We bewaren geen betaalgegevens, geen locatie en geen gegevens over wat je precies bestelde.
3. Waarom
Om je stempelkaart bij te houden en je gratis product te geven: de uitvoering van de dienst waar je zelf om vraagt. De crew ziet na een scan je voornaam en wat de scan deed, niets anders.
4. Wie er nog bij kan
- Supabase: de databank en de aanmelding, bewaard in de Europese Unie.
- Google: alleen als je met Google aanmeldt. We krijgen je naam en e-mailadres, niets anders.
- Resend: verstuurt de mail met je aanmeldcode.
- Cloudflare: levert deze pagina's.
We verkopen je gegevens niet en gebruiken ze niet voor reclame van anderen.
5. Hoe lang
Zolang je account bestaat. Verwijder je je account, dan worden je naam, je e-mailadres, je stempels en je verzilveringen gewist.
6. Wat jij kan
Op de pagina Jij kan je je gegevens downloaden en je account verwijderen. Je mag ons ook vragen je gegevens in te zien, te verbeteren of te wissen via info@fitchen.be. Een klacht kan je indienen bij de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

1. Who is responsible

2. What we keep
- Your account: your e-mail address, your name or first name, and whether you sign in with Google or with e-mail.
- Your stamp card: every stamp and every redemption, with the time, the business and the price tier.
- Your language choice, in your own browser.
- Technical logs without your name or e-mail address, to keep the service running.
We keep no payment details, no location and no record of what exactly you ordered.
3. Why
To keep your stamp card and give you your free product: carrying out the service you ask for. After a scan the crew sees your first name and what the scan did, nothing else.
4. Who else can reach it
- Supabase: the database and the sign-in, stored in the European Union.
- Google: only if you sign in with Google. We receive your name and e-mail address, nothing else.
- Resend: sends the mail with your sign-in code.
- Cloudflare: serves these pages.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for other people's advertising.
5. How long
As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your name, your e-mail address, your stamps and your redemptions are erased.
6. What you can do
On the You page you can download your data and delete your account. You may also ask us to show, correct or erase your data at info@fitchen.be. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
